Helienne Lindvall is an award-winning professional songwriter, musician and columnist. She’s Chair of the Songwriter Committee & Board Director, British Academy of Songwriters, Composers & Authors (BASCA), and Chairs the Ivor Novello Awards. She’s also the writer behind the Guardian music industry columns Behind the Music and Plugged In, and the former Head of Business & Songwriter relations for song data management platform Auddly, backed by hitmakers Max Martin and Abba’s Björn Ulvaeus.
Hailing from Sweden, she worked as a session singer, recording artist and performer in Stockholm and NYC before settling in London, where she signed a publishing deal with BMG Scandinavia. Jwana has 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment business. After returning to Portugal in 2007 she joined Música no Coração as Head of Talent and Booking, being responsible for the line ups of some of the biggest festivals in the country with a wide range of music styles from rock to hip hop, from jazz to reggae, from world to electro.

Terry writes and performs as Kat Five, using technologies such as 3D printing and sonified algorithms with her electro-punk band Feral Five. Her songs examine our technological futures, and feature on BBC 6 Music, Radio X, and in film.
An award-winning film-maker and journalist, previously with the BBC, Terry founded music and tech site Kitmonsters. She is a guest lecturer, and conference speaker, passionate about making music and tech accessible and inclusive.

Prior to the MPA, Lucie was the CEO of performing artists’ collective, the Featured Artists Coalition (FAC).
Lucie has over 17 years’ experience in the music business, including time at PRS for Music in innovation and online licencing and, within music publishing companies. She also ran her own rights management company acting for Deezer, eMusic, Sony/SYCO and The BRIT Awards, amongst others. She is a lead copyright negotiator, specialising in multi-territory digital rights.

Fruzsina is the festival director for Lollapalooza Berlin and board member of Yourope, the European Festival Association. She was the program & artistic director of Sziget (HU) and was the funding director of the Hungarian Music Export Office and the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Brussels. She co-founded CEETEP, the Central-Eastern European Talent Exchange Program that is now part of ETEP, the European Talent Exchange Program.
She established several national and international cultural projects such as the RegiON Music Conference and the RegiON live! CEE Showcase Club Festival.
She co-founded the ‘TAKE A STAND’ movement within the music industry, encouraging social cohesion in our society, promoting awareness and tolerance for all cultures, genders, races, colours and religions. Over 100 festivals and talent agencies joined this initiative.
She is a well known panelist on international conferences and a lecturer at universities where she holds classes on art management, creative concept development and festival organisation.
Fruzsina was born in Budapest (H) in 1978 and grew up in Munich (GER) and started her professional career in the music and entertainment industry at the age of 18.
She is an honorary associate professor, a recipient of the French national honour “Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres” and the European Festival Award for Excellence and Passion.
