Lucie Caswell is an experienced music business executive and senior rights negotiator.  She has worked across the industry, from independent music publishers and studios to time in digital licensing for PRS and subsequently, negotiating on the other side of the table for digital services.  Lucie ran her own licensing and development company working for clients ranging from Deezer to the BRIT Awards, Amnesty International and Sony Music. She also focused significant work on developing media initiatives for youth emancipation, behaviour change and social impact.
Lucie is currently the CEO at the Featured Artists Coalition, the only UK trade body dedicated to supporting and representing performing recording artists. As part of this she runs their Artist Entrepreneur Programme.
Lucie moonlights as a member of the management Team of the Palestine Music Expo (PMX), the first major international music event and music development programme in the Occupied Territories. She is an advocate, negotiator, egalitarian, music lover.

With a MA in New Media & Digital Culture from Utrecht University, my scientific research is enthused with issues pertaining to the body, machines and sound. As an arts professional I have worked for many years in the production of contemporary art exhibitions like the Berlin Biennale, documenta14 and Athens Biennale while as a festival producer I have headed a wide roster of public programs in dance music and sound-related practices under the umbrella of European Music Day as well as independently. Currently, I am co-producing Nature Loves Courage, a boutique, experimental dance festival in south of Crete.

My name is Magnus Källskog. I’m Head of A&R at Cosmos Music. Cosmos Music is the biggest independent music company in Sweden with stand-alone divisions in both label and publishing. We have seven studios in Södermalm, Stockholm and a diverse roster of artists, songwriters and producers.

I’m Marcio Laranjeira, one of the directors of Lovers and Lollypops, a promoter and label based in Porto, Portugal. We started our activity in 2005, and since then, we have created and strengthened Milhoes de Festa and Tremor festivals, promoted hundreds of club shows around the country, and some of the most exiting music events of the last decade. In the label side of the company, we count more than 90 releases from Portuguese and non Portuguese artists.

I have been an Artist Manager since 1988 managing The Levellers (1 Platinum, 5 Gold records) who headlined Glastonbury before starting their own 15,000 capacity Festival Beautiful Days (which I set up) , and The Longpigs (1 Gold record and Brit Award Nomination). Current clients include 2019 Grammy-nominated Matt Hales / Aqualung (1 Gold record) and Duke Special (1 Platinum record), Sweet Billy Pilgrim (1 Mercury music prize Nomination.) I was the Vice Chair of the Music Managers’ Forum from 1997-2007. I co-founded The Great Escape Festival and now run the Education conference at TGE with Chris Cooke. From 2016-18 I was Music Industry Ambassador for BIMM Group of colleges, where I still lecture.

I’m an artist manager currently working with Norwegian pop singer Hanne Mjøen and the Swedish/British dream pop duo, Girl Crush. I also run the UK office for Brilliance, a Norwegian born label where I regularly sign and release music through Diamond Club – a label under Brilliance devoted to releasing singles from emerging artists. Originally from Australia, the many years I spent DJing in nightclubs and watching bands in basements prepared me for the vitamin D deficiency-inducing conditions of northern Europe.

& BOARD MEMBER OF YOUROPE
Fruzsina is the festival director for Lollapalooza Berlin and board member of Yourope, the European Festival Association. She was the program & artistic director of Sziget (HU) and was the funding director of the Hungarian Music Export Office and the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Brussels. She co-founded CEETEP, the Central-Eastern European Talent Exchange Program that is now part of ETEP, the European Talent Exchange Program.
She established several national and international cultural projects such as the RegiON Music Conference and the RegiON live! CEE Showcase Club Festival.
She co-founded the ‘TAKE A STAND’ movement within the music industry, encouraging social cohesion in our society, promoting awareness and tolerance for all cultures, genders, races, colours and religions. Over 100 festivals and talent agencies joined this initiative.
She is a well known panelist on international conferences and a lecturer at universities where she holds classes on art management, creative concept development and festival organisation.
Fruzsina was born in Budapest (H) in 1978 and grew up in Munich (GER) and started her professional career in the music and entertainment industry at the age of 18.
She is an honorary associate professor, a recipient of the French national honour “Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres” and the European Festival Award for Excellence and Passion.
Her main goal is to create and to establish festivals with a unique artistic and creative programming, with valuable content around social responsibility and more importantly with a heart & soul to provide a longlasting positive festival experience for the audience.
