Vach worked for the Berlin based independent label Kitty-Yo (Peaches, Gonzales etc) which Vach left in 2006 to take over the management of the independent label Weekender Records Germany. In early 2009 Vach quit at Weekender Records Germany and founded Snowhite Records & Artist Management (Zoot Woman, Eight Legs, Oum Shatt, JATA etc) She is Co-founder of Music Industry Women (at VUT/ Association of Independent Music Companies Germany), which goal is to enable gender equality in the music scene.
Currently Désirée J. Vach works as Country Manager GSA for Ingrooves Music Group in Berlin, which was acquired bei Universal Music in 2019.

Helienne Lindvall is an award-winning professional songwriter, musician and columnist. She’s Chair of the Songwriter Committee & Board Director, British Academy of Songwriters, Composers & Authors (BASCA), and Chairs the Ivor Novello Awards. She’s also the writer behind the Guardian music industry columns Behind the Music and Plugged In, and the former Head of Business & Songwriter relations for song data management platform Auddly, backed by hitmakers Max Martin and Abba’s Björn Ulvaeus.
Hailing from Sweden, she worked as a session singer, recording artist and performer in Stockholm and NYC before settling in London, where she signed a publishing deal with BMG Scandinavia. Jwana has 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment business. After completing a Business Management degree, Jwana started working for EMI in Lisbon, having moved to London 4 years later to work for the international department at Virgin/EMI Records. After returning to Portugal in 2007 she joined Música no Coração as Head of Talent and Booking, being responsible for the line ups of some of the biggest festivals in the country with a wide range of music styles from rock to hip hop, from jazz to reggae, from world to electro.
Since 2017, she has divided her time between Music (as a consultant for brands, including Super Bock beer group) and Social Impact where she has been a mentor on several acceleration programs.
In 2019 she founded It’s About Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to work on social impact and she says – bring the rock n roll to the world of impact!

I have an entrepreneurial attitude and look to create new revenue streams or find new audiences for music focused businesses. I enjoy business development and finding strategic opportunities to grow businesses, whether through marketing, raising investment, securing funding or cultivating sponsorship deals.

I draw upon 30 years’ experience in the music industry with over half that time spent working in music publishing. Terry is a creative technologies producer and musician, working across music, VR, interaction, and social tech. She produced and curated Music Tech Fest in Berlin, and is on the board of Resonate, an ethical music streaming co-operative.
She works with artists and organisations on strategy, communications, engagement, and events. These include VR thrill ride startup Studio Go Go, Democracy Club, body>data>space at FutureFest, and Music Hackspace creators.
Terry writes and performs as Kat Five, using technologies such as 3D printing and sonified algorithms with her electro-punk band Feral Five. Her songs examine our technological futures, and feature on BBC 6 Music, Radio X, and in film.
An award-winning film-maker and journalist, previously with the BBC, Terry founded music and tech site Kitmonsters. She is a guest lecturer, and conference speaker, passionate about making music and tech accessible and inclusive.
