Tersha is a Goldsmiths College graduate who has a background in financial services, private equity and fashion before co-founding Terrible Merch in 2016. She’s been honoured on the AIM AltPower 100 Music List for 2019 and has spoken at BBC Introducing Live, MIL, Wild Paths and AIM Connected. Tersha was also a finalist in The Great British Entrepreneur Awards for 2019. Tersha has been featured on the BBC and Channel 4 as well as in Wallpaper Magazine, Vox and MusicAlly for her progressive views on Music Merchandise and her uniquely artist-focused work. She is the person behind the recent International Women’s Day initiative ‘Listen To Women’ which aims to bring awareness to how far women have come in the music industry, but also how much further women in music have yet to go.

Terrible Merch is a full service music merchandise and product management company. We’re focused on ensuring artists are profitable in the last remaining physical revenue stream in music with no digital competitor; merchandise. We’re design-led with a focus on quality and efficiency. We’ve built a tech solution for our clients to plug into our supply chain and take control of their merch game. We’ve called it TM* Live.

TM* Live is a bespoke online and mobile tech solution for our artists and their teams. It tackles some of the greatest obstacles to making live music profitable. Live shows remain the point of maximum opportunity for engendering a financial relationship with your audience and very few teams are maximising that opportunity. From live stock updates to on-the-road restock requests, everything is there to help artists to stay on top of their merch game.
