RESIDENCY
The project is focused on the ways of highlighting different aspects from the music industry living. What does it actually mean to work in the industry with passion, what do you sacrifice, what to do when the industry kicks you out? Love yourself, hate yourself? This includes your private life, your work choices, the way you handle the stress, what is your enthusiasm doing with you, and where is the boiling point of being completely overloaded and burned. Through a series of working hours and a so-called seminar, the project will try to educate young members of the music industry of all kinds (with working experience from 1 up to 5 years).
During this seminar, the young professionals will hear and analyze different emotional & physical behavior, learn to define and go through their choices, discuss struggles, predict, develop a healthy work ethic, analyze habits, as well as the ways to grow into the industry, and separately, as a human being. On this seminar, we will talk everything that all of us are going through, but no one shares their struggles with the other. Deadlines, responsibility, decision making, changes, extremes, quitting, fighting, and keeping in balance.
