TRAINING – Leadership training by Veronique Friedrich – 09:00 – 13:00

A team leader is someone who provides direction, instructions and guidance to a group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving a certain goal. An effective leader will know the team members’ strengths, weaknesses and motivations. In order to perform in a convincing way and to feel comfortable when speaking in front of a group, it is necessary to reflect on how I want to be perceived as a person. This implies that I need to be aware of the strengths and “blind spots” in my personality.
The workshop will be divided in two parts: a theoretical input followed by an interactive exchange in small groups (including a psychological test on personality traits and different team types).

EVENT –  Exploring Lollapalooza Berlin – 15:00 – 23:00

Der Grüne Kiez (The Green District): Under the motto “For a better tomorrow” you can inform yourself about topics such as environmental protection, equal opportunities, tolerance and political thinking. Come and meet representatives from TAKE A STAND, which stands for respect, tolerance, equal rights, social values for all cultures, people of every origin, religion and sexual orientation in the music industry.

Lolla Fun Fair : Lollapalooza Berlin is famous for including different forms of art to a musical festival. How does it look in practice? How are artists, performers and acrobats integrated in the programme? Have a look by yourself by visiting the Lolla Fun Fair.

Fashionpalooza: Brands are essential partners in the set-up of festivals such as Lollapalooza Berlin. What is in for the brand? What does the visitor get from it? How does it become an integrated part of the festival?

Aquapalooza: From the idea to the production, Aquaplasma – Wunderfulcreatures in, on and under the water is a show entirely produced by Lollapalooza Berlin. How is the crowd responding to an aquatic performance within a music festival? Who is going? Why? Watch for yourselves at 15:00 – 15:30 or 18:00 – 18:30.
